MATLAB: Continue next statement on cd command

Hi everyone

Is there a way to continue next line on this cd command? this is to make convenient for me to analyse data

cd 'D:\Onedrive\OneDrive -xxx\bbb\ccc\ddd\3. Simulation\3. Fluent Case\40um – 9\EquivalenceRatio_Osc\0.015\F100';

i tried this but it won't work

Use cd as a FUNCTION call.

cd(['D:\Onedrive\OneDrive -xxx\bbb\ccc\ddd\3. Simulation\3. Fluent Case\40um - 9'...
    '\EquivalenceRatio_Osc\0.015\F100']);

Commands like CD are actually functions, where they can be used in either mode, either as a command or as a function.

dir is a function that takes a look in a determined folder (and subfolder if you command).

cd without arguments is your actual location

dir(cd) would bring you all the files in your actual location.

files = dir(cd);

Will return a struct with name of the file, folder,a boolean value about if it is a folder or not, and its modification date.

To the best of my knowledge the 'import' commands are just not intended to handle more than one file at a time, so your best bet is to get a list and then loop the list.

for i = 1:3;
    flist = dir(['aaa_bbb_ccc',num2str(i),'*.txt']);
    for j = 1:length(flist);
        load(flist(j).name);
    end
end
