If I didnĀ“t download all the complements I needed when I installed Matlab, can I do it later? I mean, once the installation is complete?

Yes, provided that you manage to install MATLAB itself, afterwards you can use the Add-On Manager to add additional toolboxes (provided that you have the appropriate licenses to run them.)
If you have more than one Toolbox to install, it often makes more sense to go back into the installer and have the installer add the toolboxes, as Add-On Manager only permits you to install one toolbox at a time (except in cases that it automatically installs additional toolboxes for you in order to satisfy a dependency)
As of R2020a, the silent installer does not have an option to install the License Manager silently. In order to install the License Manager on a machine that requires a silent installation, you may manually install the License Manager with the License Manager binaries.
