MATLAB: Compatibility of Image Acquisition Toolbox in Wndows 7 64-bit

I am new to the image processing part in MATLAB so i would like to know which version of MATLAB supports the Image Acquisition Toolbox in windows 7 64-bit platform. I currently have the r2008b version and it does not show the Image Acquisition Toolbox. Would r2011a version solve the problem??

Release 2009a (the version after the one you have) was the first to have Windows 64 bit support for the Image Acquisition Toolbox; see here
Release 2009a was also the first version to support Windows 7; see here
Note: MATLAB R2011b was released a few days ago.
