MATLAB: Compare two set of coordinates

Question

I have two sets of points, defined by X-Y coordinates.

I want to find how many points from the first set, are close (less than a given number – "radius") to points from the second set.

For example: set A={(1,2), (3, 6), (4,8), (7,10)}

set B={(1,3), (7,9), (3,5), (5,10)}

if the radius is than the answer will be: 3
