It's hard to know what you need - you say you have calculated the optical flow, so what is the problem? What kind of further processing do you want to do?
There are a number of optical flow algorithms on the file exchange - for examplethis one, which uses a Lucas-Kanade approach - and perhaps looking through these using a tag search would give you something useful.
The new Computer Vision System Toolbox has some optical flow functions too, I think, but I have not yet looked at it.
