MATLAB: Change the parameters of gain

I am making a program that enables the user to alter the initial conditions and the coefficients of the differential equation by editable control units at gui without using guide.

i want to ask, how i can make callback function to change the parameters of gain if the user alter the input at editable box at gui?

Perhaps get your numbers from a small GUI like inputdlg() creates:
