MATLAB: Change the data tip percision

Question

Hello,

How can I change the number of digits in my data tip window like if I want my X to have 8 numbers after the decimal point instead of 4.

both permenantly and temporary.

My Default array format is long in preferences but my data tip only gives me 4 digits
