MATLAB: Can’t run scrips

I am having serious problems running my scripts Here is what I see in the command screen when. I try to run 2 scripts. >> Copied const chain 30Oct Undefined function or variable 'Copied'.

>> Constructing Chains from Bottom Up Alg 27Oct Undefined function or variable 'Constructing'.

This is not a valid file name: Copied const chain 30Oct.m

While naming the scripts, there should be no space.....rename it with _, at spaces.

This is valid file name: Copied_const_chain_30Oct.m

You would need to contact the Mathworks itself for this type of question. You will need something in writing from them to be perfectly legal. They will probably let you do it especially if it's just a small snippet or example but you will need to ask them for permission and if there would be any payment involved.

There is something wrong with a previous line. You either have a "["that is not paired with a "]", or else you tried to use { } to structure code, as in

if somecondition
  { 
    [r,c]=size(Joining)
  }

MATLAB does not use {} for grouping code.
