Can I use ModelSim PE Student Edition for cosimulation with HDL Verifier?

Yes. In general, cosimulation with HDL Verifier should work with any PE/SE edition that has ModelSim Foreign Language Interface (FLI) enabled. As far as we are aware, this feature is enabled for the PE Student Edition.
