Funding at NASA is very tight right now, and it is becoming more difficult each year to renew the software maintenance plan. If I don't renew my maintenance plan, can I still use the versions of MATLAB, Simulink, and Control Toolbox that I am currently using. I understand there will be no updates without renewing the maintenance.
