MATLAB: Are the various target preference blocks removed in Target Support Package 4.2 (R2010b)

I cannot find the target preferences blocks that were present under previous versions of Target Support Package. For example, I used to use the C6713DSK block in R2010a, which was located in "Target Support Package -> Supported Processors -> Texas Instruments C6000 -> C6713 DSK". It is no longer there in R2010b.

In Target Support Package 4.2 (R2010b), we unified all the various target preference blocks into a single generic "Target Preferences" block located in "Target Support Package -> Common". After dragging this block into your model, double-click it to select the specific platform that you are using.
