MATLAB: Are the links not appearing properly in a report generated in a Word document

The documentation for the Link Component does not specify any difference in behavior with respect to the format of reports. If I add a link component in a simple Word format report, I see that the link URL simply appears adjacent to the link text. In contrast, when I generate an HTML report, the Link text is the actual hyperlink to the URL. I expect the Word document report to behave the same way. Attached is a sample report.

This is the expected behavior of the Link Component. The Link Component creates a hyperlink only for HTML reports. For all other formats, i.e. Word Documents or PDF, the URL will appear adjacent to the link text, without any hyperlink.
