MATLAB: Am I being asked for a license file when performing a Stand Alone Installation on Windows

After entering my PLP or FIK, I am asked for a license file, however I do not have one.

For versions R2008a and newer:
If you are installing a standalone version of MATLAB manually, you will need to obtain the license file from the license center. To learn how, please see the related solution 1-5A111Q "Can I install & activate on a computer that cannot connect to the Internet?"
For versions R2007b and prior:
This generally occurs when you are using passcodes for a Network Named User license. To obtain the correct passcode, contact the administrator for your license and have them give you a PLP for your Individual or Group Member License.
The administrator will need to navigate to the link below to access their MathWorks Account. After logging in, click the license number, then click the "Pre-R2008a or PolySpace Passcodes" tab, and click the "Get Passcode" button.
