MATLAB: Alerts to patch release

Hi, I was wondering if there is a way to get an alert via email as to when there are any patches/updates released for all versions of Matlab.

I am not aware of an email alert option.
In the upper right corner of the MATLAB window there is a small bell ‘Notification’ icon. (I believe this was begun in R2018a.) When an update is available, it will also have a red circle on it. You can also left-click on it to see if there are any new notifications. Also left-click either Help or Add-Ons (depending on the release) and then click on Check for Updates in the drop-down menu to see if any are available.
