MATLAB: Adding multiple folders to path

Question

Hello. I am trying to add multiple folders to my matlab path, but i am not having much luck.

My directory looks like this:

BalanceAssessment > 1legCushionStanding > concatendatedData

My script I am working in is stored in "balanceAssessment", however i want to access the data in "concatendatedData" and use that data in the "balanceAssessment" script.
