A bit more context to your question would have been very helpful! It took me a while to understand you were talking about the answered reputation on the answer forum.
As detailed under the help section right at the top of this page,
When a contributor…           You earn…
Accepts your answer           4 points
Votes up your answer          2 points
Votes up your question        1 point
If your answer is unaccepted, you don't lose the points you earned. If you accept your own answer, you don't get any point, therefore you can't really calculate somebody's reputation from just the number of accepted answers + number of votes.
