In general for $\mathbf{a},\mathbf{b}\in\mathbb{R}^3$, we have $$\|\mathbf{a}\times \mathbf{b}\|=\|\mathbf{a}\|\|\mathbf{b}\|\sin\theta,$$ where $\theta$ is the angle between $\mathbf{a}$ and $\mathbf{b}$.
