What do I need to change to migrate this ArcMap code to ArcGIS Pro?

It is used
to export hundreds of maps and did its job perfectly.

Do I have to change arcpy.mapping.MapDocument(import_path) with arcpy.mp.ArcGISProject(aprx_path)?

To migrate your code from ArcMap to ArcGIS Pro, you need to change all references from arcpy.mapping to arcpy.mp. This is covered in the documentation here. Have a look at the code sample #2 for MapSeries for a similar piece of code to your example.

The problem, as Vince as inferred in the comments is the service does not know where the input data is.

So to go through the checklist:

works in arcmap, great
publishes without error, great
can consume the service back in arcmap, great
fails from JS client: indicates JS is not passing/telling the service the right details to run the service.

It looks like your input parameter is of type FILE (that is good), but JS is passing it this:

Essentially you're passing the service a string that the service has no idea what it is. The JS client needs to pass the actual DWG file onto the service. (That is why ArcMap works when consuming the service, it passes the file to the service for you). In short, you need to write more code to upload the DWG file. First you need to enable the uploads capability which is a service level setting. After that you need to write a little bit of JavaScript to upload the file. See the example in the File Upload service. (Note, this server is slated for retirement, so this link will go dead, but I'm absolutely certain I've put this upload JS code here in another GIS.SE post, I just cant find it)

Alternatively for testing, you can tell the service where the file is on a webserver and it'll go get it. Place your DWG file on a webserver somewhere and use the following at the REST end point (services directory) {'URL':'http://myserver/MIPBoundary.dwg'} (I'm not sure how you'd write this notation into your JS client)

My original answer appears below the double line. I am updating it because when I checked ArcGIS Pro 2.7.2 just now it looks like the functionality that you seek has been returned at that or an earlier version. It can be found on the ModelBuilder tab of the Ribbon under Export | Export To Python File.

The reasons for the removal of this functionality are given at What happened To Export Script Button In ArcGIS Pro? by dflater-esristaff:

The ability to export from ModelBuilder to a Python script was removed from ArcGIS Pro 1.1 because it did not match user expectations to provide a one-to-one export of your model to Python. The scripts generated by exported models were missing nested sub-models, and did not include iterators, feedback loops, and in-line variable substitution. Models with these components would require major changes that most people who use Export are not able to make themselves. There is currently no plan to add this capability back into ArcGIS Pro.

I ceased exporting ModelBuilder models in ArcMap to Python code the day I discovered Copy As Python Snippet because the exported code was far harder to understand and debug due to the way it named variables, lacked understanding of iterators, etc.

I think it is far easier to learn ArcPy in ArcGIS Pro by using Copy Python Command to copy the exact Python syntax needed to run the geoprocessing tool with the same parameter settings previously used, and then paste it into a script that you are writing.

Alternatively, if you want to quickly run your model using ArcPy, dflater-esristaff also describes a workaround of:

Start by building and saving a model, then create a new Python script file (which is just a text file with .py extension), then using a text editor or Python IDE add lines to the new script to import arcpy, import the toolbox containing your model, and finally run the model.
