The maps on maps.nokia.com are pretty amazing. I assume they're generating their own tiles but, does anyone know about the infrastructure behind site: the tile server used? and their JavaScript Library?

Nokia owns Navteq (acquired in 2008 for $8.1bn)
4 Tile Servers with pre caching
They do generate their own tiles from this vector data into raster tiled png format (256px x 256px) files
