[GIS] Open Google Earth extent in ArcGIS 10.3

I am trying to get to my Google Earth extent in ArcMap without have to manually pan/zoom around. I do not need Google Earth imagery, just need to view the extent in arcgis. What would be the best way to do this?

Best solution I could come up with is to get the lat/long of a point in Google Earth or Google Maps and use the "Go to XY" tool in ArcMap to go that location. From here adjust zoom/extent accordingly.
