[GIS] Missing R scripts in QGIS 3 after install

After install Processing R Provider plugin (v.1.0.1) in QGIS 3.4 I only got test.rsx. I'm able to create new scritps but I can't acess scripts already installed in my OS (Linux Mint 19.1) trough R repository or download it (like previous version).

Should I change some configuration in QGIS or OS?

I was able to point QGIS 3.4 R Scripts in the direction of my QGIS 2 scripts (/Users/MYNAME/.qgis2/processing/rscripts) and they work. I have not figured out how to get new scripts in QGIS 3 yet similar to "Get R scripts from on-line scripts collection" as I was able to in 2.18. For the moment, I am just downloading the scripts in 2.18 and then opening up 3.4 and they are there.

The processing plugin behaves a bit different from others.

It is now a core plugin, installed to C:\programs\<QGIS version>\apps\qgis\python\plugins, whereas plugins from the plugin manager get installed to C:\Users\<user name>\.qgis2\python\plugins. Additionally, there is a folder named C:\Users\<user name>\.qgis2\processing created even for the core version.

While the first is installed newly with every QGIS version, the plugin manager installs one for all.

I suggest to remove the second, and use the core function with the different versions of QGIS you have.

QGIS 2.14.6 – Processing Extension ‘Polygonize’ Tool Missing

As the Processing plugin has become core, you don't need the .qgis2/ version anymore.

In the recent QGIS version, the plugin can be found in (for example, in QGIS 2.16.1 standalone):

C:/Program Files/QGIS 2.16.1/apps/qgis/python/plugins/processing

So not only it is safe to delete the .qgis2/ version, it may be advised as it could help avoid conflict with the core version.
