[GIS] How to completely uninstall and remove ArcGIS 10.3.1

I recently intalled ArcGIS10.3.1 on my Win10. Initially I was able to use it to do everything before now. Now it comes up with a "crash" window each time I want to add a base-map, open raster data. the report window also doesn't come up anymore. This is why I want to completly uninstall and then reinstall.

However, I am still able to open Vector data but it loads without basemap.

what I have done:
1. Deauthorised and run repair installation.
2. used Uninstall utility on esri site but couldn't remove any ver above ArcGIS10.0

I do it with a batch file. You could write the code below as a single line, or by updating locations you could create a loop of paths/installers.

SET INSTALL_PATH=\\myNetworkShare\InstallerLocation\

MSIEXEC.EXE /X %INSTALL_PATH%\setup.msi /QB

Edit: just to clarify, using the 2nd article, you can use the GUID, so then you dont need to reference the original installer. I guess one method will make more sense for your script/batch file

Using Excel I computed speed of travel (V, km/hour) vs slope (degrees) using Tobler’s formulae: Defined time (T, seconds) needed to cross single cell in my DEM (2 m in my case):

T=3600*2/V/1000

For every slope in range (-80,80,1) and exported results into 2 columns text file (abcd.txt):

Placed point (centres) in the middle of my DEM and computed Path Distance Back Link:

Placed few points around the centre and computed Cost Paths to centre: Calculate flow direction using raster calculator:

Con("blink" > 0,Int(Power(2,"blink"-1)))

And use it to convert raster paths to vectors (Stream to Feature). Resulted vectors are shown as white lines in the image below:

Result makes perfect sense, I would use same paths myself.
