I want to use "capture polygon" function in QGIS software to draw the indoor office cubical which is a rectangle shape. But the "capture polygon" function is not able to draw a perfect rectangle shape. How to draw a rectangle feature in Qgis software when you are creating a feature?

There is a Shape Digitizing toolbar in which has an option to add rectangle using different methods:
To show the toolbar, right-click the main menu and select Shape Digitizing toolbar
I am using QGIS 3.4.
If you can access your tiles via Openlayers, you can use the openlayers plugin to display them in Qgis. Just look for .qgis\python\plugins\openlayers\openlayers_plugin.py for the structure of adding the layers. Its not much apart from the original OL. Then you have to add a html file in the html subfolder. The call of the tiles is within that html file and has the format
"http://localhost/folder/${z}${x}${y}.png",
as you mentioned above.

You can chose between CAD Tools plugin which is more complex and more powerful,
or Rectangles ovals digitizing plugin.
After installing the plugin you may have trouble to locate the plugin tool icon or buttons. Look for the plugin tool icons in the toolbars, they are probably in grey color.
