[GIS] GRASS init error in QGIS

Every time when I start my QGIS I see the following message:

GRASS init error: Problem in GRASS initialization, GRASS provider and
plugin will not work : Module built against version $Revision: 64733 $
but trying to use version $Revision: 67364 $. You need to rebuild
GRASS GIS or untangle multiple installations.

This problem has appeared on Friday. And I am not able to find out what caused this issue. I work in Ubuntu Trusty Tahr 14.04 LTS. QGIS version is 2.12.3-Lyon.

Could someone help me to solve the problem with QGIS and GRASS?

... "QGIS was built against a earlier version of GRASS." They suggest to use the nightly builds of QGIS.

I checked out the situation and I had a conflict between two installed gdal installations.

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove gdal-bin

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove libgdal

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove libkml-dev


sudo find /usr/local/bin/ -name 'gdal*' -delete

sudo find /usr/local/lib/ -name 'libgdal*' -delete

then I ran a fresh gdal installation:

sudo apt-get install libgdal-dev

Then:

sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install qgis python-qgis qgis-plugin-grass

Seems to work just right

A message saying that QGIS does not have a suitable transform available (and is using a ballpark transform) indicates that there is a better transform available than that installed by the QGIS Standalone installer by default.

You can obtain updated grid shift files here (PROJ 7) or the updated legacy files (e.g., europe, north america, etc..)
