I have downloaded data through OpenStreetMap but it is not updated.

It is not possible to adjust for this because these are two completely different datasets. There is no projection or anything that will convert one into the other. OpenStreetMap data is (mostly) acquired by volunteers with GPS devices (sometime very precise) or people tracing aerial imagery (sometime very imprecise). Both types of data acquisition can have few meters error at least.
By the way: I wouldn't trust Google data to be of much better accuracy either.
The problem is the KML structure. Google Earth more flexible with the KML structure when Google Maps doesn't.
All the "Style" tags should be inside the "Document" tag and outside the "Folder" tag.

As far as I know Google doesn't let you download their data. It is also important to know that OSM is open source maps and google are kind of the country. You can update the OSM file on the Qgis in your PC be clicking the "refresh" bottom. Hopefully the update have new roads data.
