I have an point location and the information given is:
Easting: 519122.06
Northing: 1290630.07
Original thought was it's UTM, but does not appear to be correct because I know the point needs to be in Florida. Is there another system similar to UTM? I need to convert these to decimal degrees.
Looks like normal WGS48 coordinates with grad and decimal minutes. The correct conversion in decimal coordinates would be:
Lat: 52° 43.569' (N) -> 52.72615
Lon: 1° 44.833' (E) -> 1.747217
Don't forget that minutes have max 60 counts so if you convert them into a decimal value divide it by 60. Negative values are West
Here is a easy example how to convert it with excel. Put each grad and minute value in one column:
The example formulas are:
E2 = A2+ROUND(B2/60/1000;6)
F2 = C2+ROUND(D2/60/1000;6)
I you are not sure you can always check a online conversion tool.

UTM zone 48N is valid between 102°E and 108°E. You can exceed those limits a bit, but a point at 0.099°E is definitely out of the limits of the projection.
Try to clip your vector file to your study area, or continue with some other projection.

There are two UTM zones covering Florida : 16 and 17, but you are indeed not going anywhere with your coordinates. Northing with UTM starts at 0 at the equator, so you would be 1290 km North of the equator in UTM (which is far too South)
My best guess in NAD83/Florida West, with map unit in US feet (you fall in Hillsborough bay), :
but you should be aware that there could be other possibilities. For instance, it could also be NAD83/Florida East, then you are right in the center
