[Tex/LaTex] What are all the possible first arguments to `\setbeamerfont`

I have searched in the user guide for the string \setbeamerfont, but the only thing I could find was a description that said \setbeamerfont{some beamer element}.

Where can I find a listing of all beamer elements whose font can be set using this command?

In this particular case, I am trying to find the beamer font for "normal" text.

There are three macros for setting the font:

\usefonttheme[settings] {font theme}
\setbeamerfont * {beamer element}{attributes}
\usebeamerfont * {beamer element}

The attributes are something like size, shape, etc

I'm not a big fan of using macros in this way. It does cut down on a bit of typing, but tends to make the source code much more opaque. A better solution is to use an editor that allows you to assign bits of code to shortcuts. For example, I use TeXShop (Mac OSX) and have set the key combination Ctrl+Opt+Cmd+1 to insert the code

\begin{enumerate}
   \item
\end{enumerate}

and place the cursor right after \item. This cuts down on typing (I just have to mash down the bottom left of my keyboard and type a number) while still producing a readable source.

I'm sure that there are ways of reproducing this functionality with other editors and on other operating systems as well; this answer to a very similar question suggests the AutoHotkey utility for Windows.

[Tex/LaTex] Fonts in beamer

It turns out that the problem was that I used

\usepackage{times}.

When I remove this package everything is great. In order to keep the nice fonts in the text mode I use

\usepackage{mathptmx}
\usepackage[scaled=0.9]{helvet}
\usepackage{courier}
