I try to put title of my chapter in middle of page, so google it and i finish with this,

\titlespacing*{\chapter}{0pt}{200pt}{40pt}
okay that make all chapter title in middle, but no, I want to make all chapter title in middle except introduction and conclusion and title of table of contents, list of figures

Without a minimal working example (MWE), it is difficult to give a precise answer, but here is an example of how to use titlesec for this purpose:

\usepackage{titlesec,lipsum}
\titleformat{\chapter}[display]{\normalfont\huge\bfseries}{\chaptertitlename\ \thechapter}{20pt}{\Huge}
\begin{document}
\chapter{Chapter Title}
\lipsum[1]
\end{document}
The command you are interested in is \titleformat and it has the following syntax:
\titleformat{⟨command⟩}[⟨shape⟩]{⟨format⟩}{⟨label⟩}{⟨sep⟩}{⟨before-code⟩}[⟨after-code⟩]
where the role of each argument is documented on page 4 of the titlesec manual (accessible by typing texdoc titlesec in a shell or here). Basically, you should put in <format> the formatting commands that should apply to both the label and chapter name, <label> is just how you want the label to appear (leaving blank would remove "Chapter 1" for instance), while <before-code> concerns the formatting commands that appear just before the chapter name. In my example, both the label and the chapter name are \bfseries, while the label is \huge and the chapter name is \Huge.

Use the macro \chaptervc to start your chapters. As you can see, it takes only one argument, just like the regular \chapter command.
It works by putting the original \chapter command output at vertical center, by using two \vfills, one before, one after. Then it uses a \clearpage to get a new page, since you wanted to have your chapter title in an independent page. (Though a \newpage should also be good here, since it is very unlikely to remain any unprocessed floats at this point.)

\titlespacing*{\chapter}{0pt}{50pt}{40pt}to\titlespacing*{\chapter}{0pt}{250pt}{40pt}to make it center vertically and follow the explanation of @Stefan Kottwitz
