I have now read a lot of guides and stuff about, why TeXMaker won't work.
It should work, but it won't – and I therefore hope, that some of you can help me. I have changed the usr/texbin to /library/TeX/texbin/ EVERYWHERE.
Here is two updated photos of my preferences => "Commands" and "Quick Build". I hope someone can help me:
Is it necessary to download and install the new MacTeX-2015-packages?
I really hate this – it still says the following:
To set up biber in Texmaker, do the following. Click on User, User Commands, Edit User Commands. You can define five custom commands there. Pick one that is unused (if any) and fill it as shown below.
Click Ok.
The new command will then be featured in the list of available commands.
I had the same problem. I solved it as follows:
Notice that you do not have to change all the /usr/texbin to
/Library/TeX/texbin.
The path for latexmk must remain as /usr/texbin.
In my case this fixed the problem.

I had exactly the same problem and suggest you locate the files yourself.
My files, for example, are located in
Library/TeX/Root/bin/x86_64-darwin/and I therefore replacedusr/texbin/withLibrary/TeX/Root/bin/x86_64-darwin/everywhere instead oflibrary/TeX/texbin/.
