[Tex/LaTex] IEEE conference title font size

I have downloaded the IEEE template for the conference – using bare_conf.tex.

My supervisor thinks that the font size of the title is big. So how can I change the title font size?

The default title is set using \Huge and the easiest way to change this would be to issue the updated font size within the title. That is (say)

\title{\large Bare Demo of IEEEtran.cls \\ for IEEE Conferences}

If you need to make titles and text really big, consider using the fix-cm package:

\usepackage{fix-cm}

Then, when you want to specify the text size you can write:

   \title{{\fontsize{200}{240}\selectfont Your text here}}

Work on the two numbers to adjust the size.

It is controlled by \namefont, so you just need to redefine that. As an example, the standard definition for the casual style is:

\renewcommand*{\namefont}{\fontsize{38}{40}\mdseries\upshape}

Similarly, the following macros control the fonts of other elements (the macro names should speak for themselves): \titlefont, \addressfont, \quotefont, \sectionfont, \subsectionfont, \hintfont and \pagenumberfont.
