[Tex/LaTex] How to math code Product symbol other than type $\prod_{i=1}^{n}$

I can code symbols of the type $$\prod_{i=1}^{n}$$
but when it comes to:

I cannot get the less-than-equal sign placed as shown.Can this be done easily?

If it's for in-line mathematics, you can use

$\prod\limits_{i\le 7}$,

but be aware this may slightly increase the vertical spacing with the line below.

use \le in math mode, e.g. \mbox{if $Y_1 Y_2 \le 0$} (yes, that's math mode inside text)
use T1 font encoding to get the > symbol correctly typeset in text mode: \usepackage[T1]{fontenc} Otherwise, with standard OT1 encoding, the output wouldn't be > except you use math mode as well: $>$
On standard LaTeX you should also use \text{...} rather than \mbox{...}.

Several comments:

don't use \left\right around summation and integration symbols, it produces way too large delimiters. (Better don't use them at all.)
cl seems to be one math item hence it should be placed inside \mathit for a proper spacing. (You can use \mathrm, \mathsf etc. as well.)
I made the \{\} in the last part a bit larger so that the set doesn't look so humble.
