I've got data that I need to include in a table, but there's a lot if it. I've played with the font size and table formatting as much as I can, but the table still won't fit on the page. Is there anyway to make a table that spans multiple pages with LaTeX?

It is not possible to split a table cell across pages. In cases like this a list is the best thing to use.

\begin{itemize}
\item[30, 2] <long sequence of numbers>
\item[11, 3] <another long sequence>
...
\end{itemize}

You can use enumitem to modify the aspect of the list. The rules are not necessary (and actually ugly).

For your bonus question, there are a couple of packages that combine TX and LT, I wrote one called ltxtable but there may be better ones by now.

As for big rows you don't say why they are big, if it is a big graphic then you are stumped. If it is a big paragraph, just put the first half of the paragraph in one row and then (after seeing where TeX breaks a line anyway) put the second half of the paragraph in the next row.
