MATLAB: Usage of matlab cloud with student licence

I am using a Student licence version of 2017b. Is it possible to train the deep learning using Matlab cloud. If possible, what is the pricing.?

No. The Student license permit access to MATLAB Online, but not to cloud services. To do deep learning in the cloud you need to use EC2, which requires that you have a Distributed Computing Server license, which is not available to students. Perhaps your university has a license for it that you might be able to use.
