MATLAB: Suitable Regression or Curve fitting for vertical scattered Data

Hi everyone,

I have some vertical scattered Data. But I can not find a suitable cure fitting the Data. Does anybody have an idea? Is there any possiblity to get a good aproximated curve from such scattered data?

I guess you can try regression using artificial neural network (ANN):
