MATLAB: Restructuring a Vertex into a specific Matrix pattern

Hello,
I have a 1X3 list with that I want to transform into a matrix with a specific pattern. I would like to have value 1 be the location of the y axis, value 2 be the location of the x axis and value 3 be the value in the matrix.
For example,
If I had the list be:
1 1 7
1 2 7
2 1 4
2 2 3
I would like the matrix to be:
7 7
4 3
Any ideas? Thank you for your time and consideration
