MATLAB: How to run a function up to a point, display the Results up to the point and the execute the rest function

imagehandle = imshow(I,[]);
drawnow();
then run your commands. When you want it to disappear,
delete(imagehandle); drawnow()
Note: you do not need run() there, though it is acceptable. You can use
grayklim
filterit
gemiseholes
instead of the run() statements
