MATLAB: Can I not access MATLAB Grader course as student

I have just enrolled in a MATLAB Grader course for my class, but I cannot access the course. According to my professor, my email indicates that I am enrolled, but my name does not show up. When I log into MATLAB Grader, the course does not show up.

In general, students should try to access the course by clicking the direct link to the course. (The link should be of the form https://grader.mathworks.com/courses/12345).
If a student is unable to access the course, this issue can sometimes be resolved by asking the instructor/professor to perform the following steps: 
1. Delete and re-add the student to the list of enrolled students
2. Click the check mark by the student's email in the enrollment list and click the button that appears titled "Resend Notification"
At this point, the student should be able to access the course through the direct link.
