It looks like a repeating sequence block. The block graphic will assume the shape of the sequence data, so it is probably hard to spot in the library. Look at Simulink->Sources in the library.
It is a sine wave block implemented using lookup tables: https://www.mathworks.com/help/releases/R2020a/simulink/slref/sine.html. It gives output in a fixed-point format. You can replace it with sin block: https://www.mathworks.com/help/releases/R2020a/simulink/slref/trigonometricfunction.html without any observable difference, unless, you want to generate code for your model or you are trying to analyze the numerical difference between fixed-point and floating-point calculations in your model.
